Months in planning lead to this perfect moment and day. San Diego was a bit tricky with the rains, but this day was the first of clear skies and perfect sunset views. It.was.meant.to.happen.

Both Akeem and Ezras welcomed Carolina to be their forever in their lives. I love love the tears, the heartfelt moment, and Ezras!! my heart melts for these three and so gratefully honored to have captured this moment.
