Oh Melissa & Jon, a true gem of a couple. I am so honored to have been there with them from Day 1. Okay not so much Day 1 as there dating, but Day 1 as in the beginnings of their wedding planning. I knew these two would be awesome to work with from our meeting, and during their engagement shoot  that validated how not just in love these two were, but how fun they were going to be on their wedding day. You know what? I was completely right.

Oh I can’t say enough Melissa & Jon. Thank you for having DDP there to capture this special day. You two and Maya are like stars in the sky, shining brightly side by side and with those surrounding you.

Little Maya, isn’t she a doll? Oh this moment was so special! just genuinely special. Mother-daughter moment that tops my charts. Are we loving the back of that wedding dress or what? and can we say wow to the colors of the bridesmaid dresses?Another sweet moment when Maya sees Melissa in her wedding dress. gah. this bouquet! Wen Floral you sure topped off the essence of this wedding with this bouquet. First looks are always so intimate. Father of the bride with the bride moment before walking down the aisle. The bride and groom not only had speeches for one another, but one for Maya as well. I thought this was just heartfelt to incorporate this piece in this special day of their union. The locket Melissa & Jon presented Maya with. Melissa, just stop it. You’re stunning. What’s a few portraits without adding a few goofy ones. We were trying to reenact a pose from their engagement shoot. Can I just say, absolutelyyyyy beautiful cake. I mean the floral, the colors, just stunning. Jon’s handy work made the “eat cake” sign and the Cake Box stand! Talk about personalizing this wedding up!Thank you Ann for second shooting with me on this amazing wedding.
